Soho House & Co. seeks a Kitchen Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the staff canteen and prep kitchen, ensuring fresh, nutritious meals and high standards. You will work closely with the Executive Chef on menus, food quality and stock control, while leading a motivated kitchen team.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong culinary skills, organisation, and a passion for delivering an excellent dining experience for staff across the site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading kitchen teams in high-volume settings.
• Ability to design varied, nutritious menus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP and allergen management.
