Job summary

Oak View Group is recruiting a Back of House Supervisor for Town Hall Spaces in central London. You will help deliver seamless events across a premier venue, overseeing logistics, stock and cleaning while providing Front of House support when required.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, coordinating deliveries, managing uniforms, monitoring beverage stock and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, events, catering or venue operations.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to support multiple departments.
• Good understanding of health & safety and food safety best practice.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in line with event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support event set-ups across the venue.
• Coordinating deliveries and collections before, during and after events.
• Managing venue closedown procedures following events.
• Supporting weekly and monthly operational checks.
• Managing laundry and staff uniform processes.
• Monitoring and rotating beverage stock to maintain quality and compliance.
