Job summary

University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust in Lancaster is seeking a Band 4 Administrative role to track cancer patient pathways, coordinate appointments, and maintain patient databases. This 12-month fixed-term post covers maternity leave and offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) with a salary of £28,392–£31,157 per annum, pro rata.

• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
• ECDL or recognised experience
• Evidence of ongoing personal development

Responsibilities

• Track cancer patient pathways to ensure timely results and appointments.
• Coordinate with MDT Clinical Teams and CNS, MDT Coordinators and Cancer Trackers.
• Maintain/update relevant databases and patient records.
• Assist patients and carers in accessing specialist services without delay.
