• Signpost patients to internal/external support and assist with referrals
• Man the Information Pod and Cromer Centre for drop-in information
• Support health and wellbeing events
• Make clinical visits to inpatients
• Use Word/Excel and NHS IT systems with empathy, confidentiality and integrity
