Job summary

UniTrust Protection Services (UK) Ltd in Canary Wharf is seeking a dedicated Contract Support Officer to join our flagship security operation. Reporting to the security manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service to staff and visitors while supporting a concierge and security team.

You will work with front of house teams, monitor access control, perform routine documentation, and follow emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence is mandatory and must be valid.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
• Reliable, punctual and able to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to staff and visitors.
• Work with catering, cleaning, maintenance and Front of House teams to ensure a seamless environment.
• Operate CCTV/access control and complete reports promptly.
• Follow security procedures and assist in emergencies as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
• Record and escalate any incidents or security concerns as needed.
