Unitrust Protection Services is seeking a Dedicated Contract Support Officer at Canary Wharf to deliver an exceptional customer journey for staff and visitors. You will work closely with the security team and Front of House to ensure a welcoming, safe environment.

Reporting to the security manager, you will embrace a one-team approach with catering, cleaning and maintenance to maintain high standards and operational excellence on site.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisors Licence.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and confidence.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
• Resilient and calm under pressure with the ability to multi-task.
• Physically able to conduct all responsibilities.
• Ability to work to instruction and on your own initiative.
• Computer literate and confident with Microsoft Office programmes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to staff and visitors.
• Be flexible and adaptable to all tasks or challenges.
• Ensure that the environment and service is truly excellent and beyond expectation.
