Job summary

Bath Spa University is seeking two Security Team Leaders to join the Estates & Services team at Newton Park, Bath. You will lead Security Officers, ensure safe operations, and respond to incidents, delivering a high-quality, professional security service across the campus.

The role requires previous team leadership, a valid UK manual driving licence, SIA and CCTV licenses (or willingness to obtain during probation), and commitment to health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• GCSE level or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Security Officers to deliver a high-quality service.
• Oversee patrols, building access, alarms and campus safety.
