Job summary

Corps Security seeks a dedicated SIA Licensed Security Officer to protect staff and visitors on site in Bath. The role involves access control, inductions, patrols and responsive escalation with management and emergency services.

The position is 24 hours per week with Saturday and Sunday day shifts 06:00-18:00. A Real Living Wage partner with a range of benefits is offered to support wellbeing and professional development.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Front-Line License is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus.
• Ability to work to deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site surveillance with regular patrols and records.
• Brief visitors and contractors; sign in/out.
• Process delivery paperwork and site records.
• Ensure patrols meet required standards and respond to incidents.
• Set and unset alarm systems for out-of-hours security.
• Complete daily logs, handovers and site reports.
• Follow Assignment Instructions, risk assessments and safety documents.
