University of Leeds is seeking a Team Leader for Security Services to supervise frontline officers and coordinate operations across campus. The role focuses on delivering a professional, customer-centered service while maintaining safety and a welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.

You will lead by example, manage incidents and welfare concerns, and work a rotating shift pattern including days, nights and weekends on campus. DBS checks are required for this position.
