Wilson James is hiring a Security Officer for a permanent role based in Sunbury. The position is full-time, 60 hours per week, 07:00 - 19:00, paying £15.69 per hour. The role involves patrolling, monitoring CCTV, responding to incidents, and maintaining security protocols across client sites.

You will welcome staff and visitors, conduct patrols, monitor access points, respond to alarms, and complete detailed reports. The company emphasizes progression, training, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Hold a current DS SIA licence.
• Proven experience in a security role.
• Strong observational skills to identify threats.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid support if required.

• Responding calmly and confidently to incidents or concerns.
• Working as part of a diverse, supportive team.

About the Role:

What we are looking for:
