CO4061 UPP (Duncan House) Limited in London Stratford is hiring a Residence Manager to lead on-site operations at Eleanor Rosa House Halls of Residence. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, with a salary of £44,558 per annum depending on experience.

You will manage multi-discipline teams in hospitality/facilities/residential settings, oversee maintenance schedules, health and safety compliance, budgeting, and reporting, and provide leadership to ensure a

Qualifications

• Excellent people skills and multi-discipline team leadership.
• Experience in hospitality, facilities management or residential environments.
• Knowledge of financial management, reporting, and health & safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with residents, delegates, contractors and visitors in an efficient and professional manner.
• Promote a culture of customer service excellence within the team.
• Manage enquiries and complaints effectively, escalating them as necessary.
• Supervise, recruit, induct, train and appraise staff and monitor performance.
• Review site procedures, ensuring service standards meet SLA requirements.
• Oversee maintenance schedule and ensure statutory compliance is up to date.
• Carry out regular inspections of the accommodation and report defects.
• Report incidents and accidents as they occur and participate in investigations.
• Attend university meetings and conduct site audits as required.
• Maintain Health and Safety compliance and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Provide cover for the General Managers as required.
