Job summary

University of Warwick is seeking an Assistant Residence Manager to join Campus Cleaning Services within the Estates Department. You will lead a team of Supervisors and Facilities Assistants, ensuring quality standards, safety procedures and cost-effective, customer-focused service.

Flexibility, weekend work and some evenings are required. You will deputise for the Residence Manager and help deliver a high-quality student, staff and visitor experience across campus buildings and accommodation.

Qualifications

• Must be a good team player with the ability to work well with others.
• Knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Supervisors and Facilities Assistants to achieve quality standards.
• Deputise for the Residence Manager and cover weekends/evenings as needed.
• Maintain and enforce health and safety procedures and cost-effective operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to students, staff and visitors.
