UCL Accommodation is seeking an experienced Accommodation Manager to lead residential services across multiple student sites in London. You will drive performance, coach teams, manage budgets, and ensure safe, welcoming living environments for residents, with a strong focus on customer experience and compliance.

You will collaborate closely with Estates, HR, Marketing, Student Experience and external partners to deliver high standards, manage contracts, and lead key projects such as

Qualifications

• Experienced people manager with a strong background in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop teams, manage performance and deliver high standards of service.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety, and experience managing budgets and costs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop accommodation teams across multiple sites to deliver outstanding residential services.
• Oversee operational standards, customer satisfaction, health and safety, financial performance and supplier relationships.
• Lead operational projects such as refurbishment, summer turnover and commercial activity.
• Engage with residents and student representatives to maintain high-quality student experience.
• Collaborate with Estates, HR, Marketing and external partners to meet objectives.
