Job summary

West Dean College is seeking a Residential Services Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our on-campus accommodation, ensuring it is organized, welcoming, and ready to support students throughout their time on campus.

You will coordinate day-to-day housing administration, serve as the first point of contact for residential inquiries, and collaborate with campus teams to keep rooms prepared and issues resolved promptly, contributing to a positive student experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, customer service, accommodation or hospitality roles.
• Familiarity with Higher Education environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration of student accommodation, including room allocations and arrivals/departures.
• Act as first point of contact for residential inquiries with clear information and support.
• Collaborate with teams to prep rooms and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage accommodation charges, inspections, inventories and maintenance reporting.
• Support peak arrival/departure periods with smooth coordination.
