West Dean College is seeking a part-time Student Services Assistant to join our Academic & Student Services team. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for students on our award-bearing programmes, helping them navigate college life and access the support and services they need.

You’ll maintain accurate student records, respond to queries by email and phone, and provide general administrative support.

Qualifikationen

• Previous administration experience, ideally in customer-facing or education environments.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
