Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service across campus outlets.
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve unit targets.
• Control costs including staff, maintenance and consumables.
• Manage stock system and monitor monthly stocktakes.
• Ensure safety, HACCP, COSHH, and licensing compliance.
• Provide coaching and performance reviews for team.
