The University of Birmingham Guild of Students is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead the kitchen operations for Joe’s Bar and the JD Wetherspoon partnership within the Guild building. The role reports to the Pub Manager and offers an opportunity from day one to shape service delivery for students and customers.

• Experience supervising kitchen teams and ensuring food safety standards.
• Leadership qualifications such as JDW management academy are desirable.
• Ability to manage stock, costs and deliver targets.
