Job summary

The General Manager at The University of West London site in London will lead the facilities management team, ensuring delivery of hard and soft FM services, financial controls, and continuous improvement across the contract. Qualifications

• Senior level FM experience in the facilities management industry.
• Strong team leadership and delegation skills with excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to manage contracts, budgets, and drive cost efficiencies.
• DBS Enhanced with Barred Lists check is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality hard and soft FM services as specified in the contract.
• Formulate strategies with client and management to meet service demands and drive revenue growth.
• Exercise financial and commercial controls to maximise profitability and control costs.
• Produce and monitor contract budgets and take remedial action as needed.
• Manage supplier relationships to obtain best value for money.
