Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual to lead and manage Reception and Switchboard operations across student and commercial accommodation, ensuring high standards of customer service, procedural consistency, and staff performance.

The role oversees the recruitment, training, and supervision of reception staff, supports effective enquiry handling and communication, and ensures compliance with financial, data protection, and key/access procedures.

It plays a vital role in enhancing the student, guest, and visitor experience through cross-department collaboration, group and event support, and responsive service delivery.

Additionally, the you will maintain accurate operational systems, manages switchboard functions, and contributes to the success of Campus Services through teamwork and flexibility.

About you

You are flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent service delivery and will be able to:

  • lead day-to-day reception operations across campus hubs

Further information

This is a permanent, part-time position working 21 hours per week. These hours will be worked across 3 days (with availability required on Fridays).
