Bath university is seeking a Campus Experience Team Leader to oversee Front of House operations across campus accommodation receptions and the Switchboard service, delivering a professional and welcoming service to students, staff, visitors and guests. The role evolves with term-time focus on accommodation enquiries and arrivals, and summer focus on conference guests and events.
