Job summary

University of Bath is seeking a Campus Events Coordinator to manage a diverse programme of widening access and recruitment activities. You will plan, book and run events, coordinate logistics and provide admin support across residential and access programmes.

The role involves engaging with students, parents, schools and partner organisations, with occasional evening/weekend work and a 0.8 FTE arrangement until September 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events or similar administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication with students, schools and partners.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, organise and deliver events including campus and access activities.
• Take bookings from schools/colleges and manage logistics (rooms, catering, parking).
• Provide admin support for residential and access programmes, including timetables.
• Contact prospective participants and process applications; liaise with partners such as IntoUniversity.
