Job summary

The University of Law is seeking a Campus Hub Manager for its Manchester campus to lead the Student Enquiries & Campus Services team and deliver a welcoming, student-focused campus experience. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate campus events, oversee enrolment and registration, and ensure service standards meet SLAs and KPIs across the campus.

• Experience in supervisory/management in a customer-service driven environment.
• Experience with students beneficial, understands student lifecycle.
• Proven leadership, planning and outreach capability.

• Coordinate induction planning with academic and timetabling teams.
• Oversee campus events and exams on site to build community.
• Ensure resources and SLAs are met during service hours.
• Oversee enrolment and registration, with Registry liaison.
• Report trends and drive attendance for events.
