Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in event management.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills.

• Team player with a proactive, energetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Be a natural host with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Support event planning, setup, delivery, and vendor onboarding.
• Confidently use systems like Condeco and E-permit.
• Assist with event admin, bookings, and communications.
• Host pop-ups, activations, and campus-wide events (incl. out-of-hours).
• Ensure safe, high-quality event environments.
• Respond to and manage event tickets via MS Forms or similar.
