Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic and operational engineering contracts management.
• Knowledge of building regulations, health & safety legislation and environmental standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of M&E, Lift, Access and CCTV contracts and ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor contractor performance, review KPIs and ensure timely reporting.
• Liaise with tenants to maintain positive occupier relations and service delivery.
• Administer contracts to meet obligations and drive value for money.
• Promote FM technology adoption to optimise campus operations.
