Job summary

PRS is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the day-to-day engineering performance of a prestigious commercial property in Greater London. You will oversee mechanical and electrical services, ensure safety, efficiency and compliance, and drive improvements.

You will work closely with property management, occupiers and service partners, providing technical leadership across M&E, HVAC, BMS and life-safety, while managing budgets, contracts and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering operations in a large commercial property.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical services.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the building's engineering operation and performance.
• Lead maintenance across M&E and building services systems.
• Provide technical leadership across M&E, HVAC, BMS and life-safety systems.
