Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to take operational ownership of hard FM services across a premier campus estate in South London. You will lead technical governance, statutory compliance, and safety regimes.

You will direct PPM programs, manage critical plant uptime, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and partner with Estates Directors and facilities leads, delivering data-driven performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in critical engineering facilities.
• Strong knowledge of statutory building regulations and SFG20.
• Experience leading safety-focused teams and promoting a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance and governance for MEP assets and statutory obligations.
• Direct Planned Preventive Maintenance and reactive work orders via the CAFM system.
• Lead client meetings and provide data-driven asset performance reports.
• Mentor and manage on-site maintenance staff and subcontractors.
