Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Construction Services Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing of Construction, Design, and Commissioning for data center developments. You will manage budgets, run RFPs and align with Development Program Managers and senior leaders.

Ideal candidates have 4–5+ years in construction management and procurement, with strong contract, stakeholder, and risk management skills. Travel to QTS sites and conferences may be required.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in construction management, pre-construction, project management, sourcing or procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, SCM, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in contract development, execution and management.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Run RFPs for data center development programs including Construction, Design and Commissioning.
• Provide weekly procurement status, progress and recommendations to executives.
• Analyse category spend, research supply markets and deploy strategic plans.
• Lead supplier performance tracking and risk management to meet objectives.
• Develop KPIs and manage category strategies to drive value.
• Travel to QTS sites and events to build relationships and support objectives.
