Job Description:

This role is open to remote working within the UK. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (London or Nottingham) occasionally.

The role in a nutshell

We are expanding our efforts in international markets, and this role is key to executing our marketing activities. You will be part of the Marketing team, managing campaigns across various digital channels for marketing and paid partner campaigns. Your responsibilities include working on specific markets, understanding stakeholder needs, supporting the team, and setting up, launching, and optimizing campaigns across different media channels.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Setup
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to set up campaigns aligned with commercial goals, budgets, target audiences, and market trends.
  • Ensure design and copy assets are suitable and localized appropriately.
  • Check onsite & CRM inventory and calendars to avoid capacity, audience, or timing conflicts.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Implement tracking parameters for reporting.
Campaign Execution and Optimization
  • Launch campaigns across platforms including UNiDAYS website & app, CRM (email & push), and paid media (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Optimize campaign performance and conversion rates by managing campaigns proactively and suggesting revenue opportunities.
  • Implement A/B testing where relevant to improve key metrics.
  • Perform daily site checks across all regions for accuracy.
Reporting
  • Create performance reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities using analytical tools.
Best Practices and Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and share insights with the team.
  • Contribute to developing internal best practices.
  • Collaborate across teams to align strategies and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience Needed

  • Experience executing campaigns in CRM or digital marketing environments.
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Understanding of how CRM and paid social media can meet company goals.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data trends and impacts.
  • German language skills are highly desirable.
