We’re looking for a Junior Learning Designer to join our Education department as part of our Maths team.
As a Junior Learning Designer, you’ll craft content that helps students build confidence with maths and problem-solving. The focus will be on creating engaging and challenging maths resources for GCSE learners, helping them achieve mastery. It’s an opportunity to make maths feel accessible, enjoyable and empowering for every student.
Experience tutoring, mentoring or developing maths content for learners aged 11–16.
A passion for maths communication—whether through puzzle design, enrichment activities, or clear, student-friendly writing.
Familiarity with GCSE exam boards and an understanding of what helps students succeed in assessments.
