Belfast Health and Social Care Trust in Belfast seeks a Band 7 Team Lead for CAMHS. You will lead a multidisciplinary outpatient CAMHS team, coordinate caseloads, provide clinical leadership, and supervise staff to deliver evidence-based care for children and young people with complex mental health needs.

You will work with partner agencies to develop services, contribute to governance, and maintain high standards of professional conduct within the team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse on part 1 NMC Register or Registered Social Worker or equivalent registration.
• Five years post-qualifying experience with two years at Band 6 or above in working with children/adolescents with significant emotional/behavioural/mental health problems.
• Full UK driving licence required or ability to organise suitable alternative arrangements.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and workforce management for day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate caseload and casework for a multidisciplinary CAMHS team.
• Lead Care planning and risk assessment within a stepped care model.
• Deliver evidence-based assessments, interventions and clinical guidance for children and young people.
• Supervise staff, provide professional development, and manage rotations and audit activities.
