Vale of Glamorgan Council is seeking a proactive café manager for the Belle Vue Community Cafe. You will lead a team to deliver healthy, high-quality meals with strong cost control and excellent customer service.

The role requires leadership, experience in cafe operations and a commitment to food hygiene and allergen awareness. 37 hours per week, 5/7 days, salary £27,709–£29,542.

The Big Fresh Catering Company provides healthy nutritious school meals at lunchtime, which is compliant with the Food and Nutrient standards set by the Welsh Government's Healthy Eating in Schools (Nutritional Standards and Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2013. In addition to this, we also provide a high quality Buffet/Function service to our schools, Café at the Penarth Pier Pavilion, weddings, external customers and companies.

Pay Details: Grade - 5, SCP 8 - 12 £27,709 - £29,542

Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 5/7 Days - 37 hrs per week
