Job summary

The Big Fresh Catering Company is seeking an enthusiastic Relief Café Assistant to help in multiple café locations within the Vale of Glamorgan. Duties include setting up tables, serving meals, washing dishes and clearing areas across The Pier Pavilion Cafe, Belle Vue Cafe and Cosmeston Café.

Hours are Monday to Friday with 0 hours per week; pay is Grade 1, SCP 3 at £13.45 per hour, in a relief role with flexible pattern. This post requires reliable team players with a positive attitude.

The Big Fresh Catering Company provides healthy nutritious school meals at lunchtime, which is compliant with the Food and Nutrient standards set by the Welsh Government's Healthy Eating in Schools (Nutritional Standards and Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2013. In addition to this, we also provide a high-quality Buffet/Function service to our schools, Cafés at the Penarth Pier Pavilion, Belle Vue Community Café and Cosmeston Café, weddings, external customers and companies.

About the role

Pay Details: Grade 1, SCP 3 £13.45 p/h

Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 0 hrs per week - Monday to Friday only

Main Place of Work: Cosmeston Cafe /The Pier Pavilion Café / Belle Vue Cafe
