Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation and ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade.
• Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks during fill operations and in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Coach colleagues on One Best Way and drive productivity in readiness for store opening.
• Allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience and maintain a clean, safe and well-presented store.
• Support opening/closing tasks including cash handling, temperature controls, and incident logging.
• Act as a key holder and respond to call outs as required.
