Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Café Manager for the ASDA Corby café. You will lead day-to-day operations and a frontline team in a busy retail environment, delivering excellent customer service and strong results.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and creating a positive guest experience.
• Experience managing teams in café, retail or catering environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to manage financials, stock and performance targets.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene and relevant catering qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop catering and front-of-house teams.
• Ensure smooth daily café operations and guest service standards.
• Manage budgets, stock and labour to meet KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance.
• Build a positive customer experience and represent the brand.
