Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Café Manager for the ASDA Corby café. You will lead day-to-day operations and a frontline team in a busy retail environment, delivering excellent customer service and strong results.

Café Manager – ASDA Corby

£31,000 per annum | 40 hours per week

We’re recruiting an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead the ASDA café operation in Corby. This is a hands‑on role for a strong leader who can deliver excellent customer service and smooth day‑to‑day operations in a busy retail environment.

As Café Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the café, leading your team to deliver consistent standards while driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop your catering and front‑of‑house team
• Ensure smooth daily operations across the café
• Manage budgets, stock, and labour to meet targets and KPIs
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
