Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Café Manager for the ASDA Accrington café, a hands-on leadership role to drive excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations in a busy retail environment. You will lead a catering and front-of-house team, manage budgets and stock, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards while delivering a positive customer experience and representing the brand.

The position offers a £29,000 per annum salary for 40 hours per week with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Passionate about customer service.
• Experience managing teams in a café, retail, or catering environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to manage financials, stock, and performance targets.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene and relevant catering qualifications (desirable).
• A motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop your catering and front-of-house team.
