Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead the ASDA Corby café operation. This hands-on role requires a strong leader who can deliver excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations in a busy retail environment.

You'll manage the café end-to-end, guide the catering and front-of-house team, and drive performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction while maintaining high food-safety standards and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a café, retail or catering environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene certification (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the catering and front-of-house team.
• Ensure smooth daily operations across the café.
• Manage budgets, stock and labour to meet targets and KPIs.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance.
• Build a positive customer experience and represent the brand.
