Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Café Manager to lead the ASDA Corby café operation. You will manage a front-of-house team, ensure smooth daily service, uphold food safety standards and drive customer satisfaction in a busy retail environment.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, budgeting awareness and the ability to motivate staff. The position offers a £31,000 per annum salary, 40 hours per week, and a supportive benefits package as part of the Compass network.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in café, retail or catering environments.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to manage budgets, stock and performance targets.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene and relevant catering qualifications (desirable).

We’re recruiting an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead the ASDA café operation in Corby. This is a hands‑on role for a strong leader who can deliver excellent customer service and smooth day‑to‑day operations in a busy retail environment.

As Café Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the café, leading your team to deliver consistent standards while driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
