Morrisons in Wales is seeking a proactive Café Manager to lead a welcoming, high-activity café. You’ll supervise shifts, coach colleagues, and ensure outstanding service while maintaining stock and cleanliness.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll drive sales, manage resources, and build strong links with other store departments. The role suits hospitality or retail leaders who value customer experience.

Qualifications

• Leads with confidence: experience leading and supporting a team in fast-paced food or hospitality environments.
• Builds strong, supportive teams: communicates and shares knowledge to keep the team working well together.

• Keeps a firm grip on the basics: manages routines with focus on food safety, waste and stock availability.
• Steps up: willing to step up as Manager in Charge when needed.
