Morrisons is hiring to lead and develop our café team in Penrith. You will drive friendly, efficient service, manage shifts, and coach colleagues to meet store targets while maintaining high food safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll foster a welcoming environment, supervise day-to-day routines, and collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage shifts, attendance and priorities.

Responsibilities
