Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Café team leader to run a busy in-store Café in Crewe. You will lead and develop staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain stock levels while collaborating with other store departments to meet targets.

The role focuses on delivering a warm, efficient café experience and driving performance through a motivated team. Training and career progression opportunities are available within the Leadership School.

Qualifications

• Leads a team in a fast-paced food or hospitality environment.
• Communicates clearly and shares knowledge with colleagues.
• Listens to customer and colleague feedback and adapts to new ways of working.
• Keeps basics—food safety, waste, stock—under control.
• Willing to step up as Manager in Charge when needed.
