Job summary

Morrisons in Liskeard is seeking a proactive Café Manager to lead our busy store café, delivering welcoming service and driving sales.

You’ll manage shifts, develop the cafe team, ensure stock and food safety, and collaborate with other store departments to keep customers happy and coming back.

You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth daily operation, motivating staff, and upholding Morrisons’ standards across service, cleanliness and customer care.
