Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Café Manager for the ASDA Cheltenham site to lead the café operation with hands-on leadership and a focus on outstanding customer service in a busy retail setting.

You will manage a catering/front-of-house team, control budgets and stock, ensure food safety and hygiene, and drive daily performance and guest satisfaction, delivering consistent standards.

Qualifications

• Passionate about customer service
• Experience managing teams in a café, retail, or catering environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to manage financials, stock, and performance targets
• Level 2 Food Hygiene and relevant catering qualifications (desirable)
