Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Café Manager for the ASDA Ayr site to lead the cafe operation with a strong focus on customer service and daily venue efficiency.

You will be responsible for guiding a team, managing budgets, stock, and labour while maintaining high standards of food safety and brand representation in a busy retail setting.

Café Manager – ASDA Ayr

£29,000 per annum | 40 hours per week

We’re recruiting an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead the ASDA café operation in Cheltenham. This is a hands-on role for a strong leader who can deliver excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations in a busy retail environment.

As Café Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the café, leading your team to deliver consistent standards while driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
