Royal Voluntary Service's Nineteen38 Coffee at Wimbledon Station invites applications for a part-time Retail Customer Assistant. You will provide friendly service, take orders, process payments, and maintain store standards in a busy cafe environment.

You will work 25 hours across 5 shifts, including early mornings and weekends, with opportunities for overtime in busy periods. A supportive team and volunteer-driven ethos support development and learning.

Competenze

• Experience in a cafe environment is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a friendly team and independently.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly, helpful and efficient service at all times.
• Welcome customers, inform them about specials, take orders and process payments.
• Operate the till and cash up.
• Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards.
• Replenish stock and assist with stock checks.
