Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions in North Surrey is seeking a CAD Coordinator with a mechanical bias to join their growing design team. You will produce 2D CAD drawings for HVAC systems and coordinate across project and engineering teams.

This office-based role requires working five days a week in North Surrey, with a permanent position and a salary in the £35,000 to £40,000 range. You will support the design team on live projects and help ensure smooth coordination across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD experience.
• Mechanical building services bias is essential.
• Good experience with HVAC systems.

• Strong technical drawing and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working from the North Surrey office 5 days per week.

You'll be supporting a growing team as their workload continues to grow.

• Producing accurate technical information for project delivery
• Supporting the design team across live projects

What we’re looking for

• Strong AutoCAD experience

• Strong technical drawing and coordination skills
• Comfortable working from the North Surrey office 5 days per week

We're specifically looking for HVAC design and coordination experience rather than a fabrication-focused background.

The opportunity

This is a permanent position paying £35,000 to £40,000, joining an established Building Services team as an additional hire.

The position is fully office based in North Surrey, 5 days per week, so it will particularly suit someone local who enjoys working closely with the wider design team.
