Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions in North Surrey is seeking a CAD Coordinator with a mechanical bias to join their growing design team. You will produce 2D CAD drawings for HVAC systems and coordinate across project and engineering teams.

This office-based role requires working five days a week in North Surrey, with a permanent position and a salary in the £35,000 to £40,000 range. You will support the design team on live projects and help ensure smooth coordination across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD experience.
• Mechanical building services bias is essential.
• Good experience with HVAC systems.
• Experience within an MEP or Building Services environment.
• Strong technical drawing and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working from the North Surrey office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate 2D CAD drawings for HVAC systems.
• Work predominantly across mechanical systems.
• Coordinate designs with wider project and engineering teams.
• Review drawings and resolve coordination issues.
• Produce accurate technical information for project delivery.
• Support the design team across live projects.
