Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is recruiting a CAD Coordinator with a mechanical bias to join our established Building Services team in North Surrey. The role focuses on producing and coordinating HVAC 2D drawings and supporting live projects within a collaborative design environment.

You'll work full-time from our North Surrey office, five days a week, applying strong AutoCAD skills and a mechanical building services mindset to deliver accurate technical information and resolve coordination

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD experience.
• Mechanical building services bias.
• Experience with HVAC systems.
• Experience in an MEP or Building Services environment.
• Strong technical drawing and coordination skills.
• Office-based in North Surrey, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Producing and coordinating 2D CAD drawings for HVAC systems.
• Working predominantly across mechanical systems.
• Coordinating designs with wider project and engineering teams.
• Reviewing drawings and resolving coordination issues.
• Producing accurate technical information for project delivery.
• Supporting the design team across live projects.
