Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking qualified CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in schools around Evesham and Worcester. The role includes delivering targeted interventions and assisting with SEND needs in a supportive classroom environment.

Ideal candidates will have CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications, prior school experience, and a patient, proactive approach, enabling positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in a school setting is desirable.
• Experience supporting children with SEND is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 within the classroom.
• Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.
• Assist pupils with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and Speech & Language needs.
• Help with planning and classroom preparation under the guidance of the teacher.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
• Support pupils' social, emotional and educational development.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs and support staff.

Are you a qualified CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a positive impact in the classroom?

Teaching Personnel is working with a range of primary schools, SEN provisions and specialist educational settings across Evesham and Worcester that are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

This specialist CPD equips educators with practical, relationship-based strategies to support all learners, particularly those with SEND and additional needs. The Role
