Teaching Personnel is recruiting a CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in partner primary schools and SEN provisions in and around Evesham. The role involves delivering targeted interventions and supporting SEND needs, under the guidance of classroom teachers.
This opportunity offers access to Introductory Skills & Strategies CPD, development of behaviour and emotional literacy skills, and paths to HLTA or SEND specialist roles.

Teaching Personnel is working with a range of primary schools, SEN provisions and specialist educational settings across Evesham and Worcester that are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
As part of our commitment to providing schools with high-quality support staff, candidates placed through Teaching Personnel have access to the Introductory Skills & Strategies training. This specialist CPD equips educators with practical, relationship-based strategies to support all learners, particularly those with SEND and additional needs. Thrive-trained staff are equipped to build positive relationships, understand the reasons behind behaviours, and help create calm, safe and nurturing learning environments from day one.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting children's academic, social and emotional development.
This role is particularly suited to qualified Teaching Assistants looking to further develop their experience within Primary Education, SEND or Intervention Support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
